  • We’ll present the offer on your behalf and negotiate in your favor to help you secure the property at the best possible price and terms.
  • When offer is accepted, we'll recommend extremely competent affiliates with respect to your total home purchase including escrow company, home inspection, appraisal, homeowner hazards and title insurance.
  • We’ll coordinate Buyer's professional home inspection with seller. Review home inspection report and recommend repair items to Buyer and negotiate said items with Seller agent.
  • You will receive a one-year Home Warranty Policy ($500 value or more). We will negotiate the warranty on your behalf at No cost to you.
  • We'll contact lender weekly to ensure processing is on track and adjust when necessary.
  • We'll add lender and other vendors to our  24/7 Transaction Management program whereby agent, buyers and seller can track progress of the sale.
  • We'll coordinate closing process with Buyer, their lender and Seller agent.
  • You can cancel this agreement at any time prior to making an offer on a home if we do not live up to our promises.
